There are three kinds of nerdy women in the world.

- The Sexy Nerd
- The Confident Nerd; and
- The So-Socially-Awkward-it’s-Painful-to-Watch Nerd.

You can probably guess which one I am. After witnessing me making a fool of myself, Chance Hoffman decided to take pity on me. He’s smart, sexy, charming, and totally out of my league… and for some unexplainable reason, he wants to help me. Who am I to say no? Besides, I need all the assistance I can get.

There are three things that make a woman irresistible.
- Confidence
- A Wicked Sense of Humor; and
- A Killer Rack.

Melany Fitzgerald had none of those things. Or so I thought… until I really got to know her. She’s the total package and she doesn’t even realize it. Now I’m stuck with the uncomfortable task of helping her land another guy, all the while trying to ignore the fact that I’m starting to fall for her.

She thinks she’s an ugly duckling and wants to become a swan. All I want is her. And I’m not giving up without a fight.

This is the first Jessica Prince's book that i've read... and I. LOVED. IT. SO. MUCH.

Ok, we have the girl, Melany, she is a shy really shy nerd girl, she can't even talk in public and then, she's in her boss' engaged party, watching her crush across the room but he doesn't notice her, she's having a bad and uncomfortable moment.

Later, while she's fighting mentally with her self in the bar, a hot guy just stand next to her and start talk, everything with him feels so natural, even when she start to talk too much like a kind of vomit of words, he's cool about it.

He's so fresh, so easy, so cool... but he's with a girl, so good bye hot boy.

Or not...

He's her boss' best friend, Chance, and after a misunderstood, he want to help her to be a better version of herself.

He buy her clothes and shoes.

He teach her how to flirt...

*Blurred lines*

He teach her how to kiss and how to... enjoy make love.

*DEFINITELY BLURRED LINES*

They're friends with a mission.

But that mission isn't that clear like they want to think it is.

- A better version of Melany? Done
- Give  to her crush a reason to fall in love with her? Done
- Don't fall in love with each other? Definitely not done

I love the characters, honestly.

I love Melany, i feel her so much, to me.... I'm Melany, i'm like her.(I just need my Chance). She is shy, nerd, nervous, but a beautiful person, she needs somebody to love her not a guy who doesn't care about her and never look at her because the way she dress.

I love Chance... He's cheeky, funny, handsome, amazing person, loyal, and perfect for Melany, he knew how she was since the first time he saw her. He loves her instantly.

They're perfect together, i love this couple so much.

The story is lovely, cheeky, hilarious and definitely perfect.

I read this book in one day, it's so fresh, so easy to read and enjoy. A really enjoyable book.

Five stars in my Goodreads page, and a special place in my "Favourites shelf"(and my heart).

Easily I can read this book again like 86235854 times.

Born and raised around Houston Texas, Jessica spent most of her life complaining about the heat, humidity, and all around pain in the ass weather. It was only as an adult that she quickly realized the cost of living in Houston made up for not being able to breathe when she stepped outside. That's why God created central air, after all.

Jessica is the mother of a perfect little boy--she refuses to accept that he inherited her attitude and sarcastic nature no matter what her husband says.

In addition to being a wife and mom, she's also a wino, a coffee addict, and an avid lover of all types of books--romances still being her all time favs. Her husband likes to claim that reading is her obsession but she just says it's a passion...there's a difference. Not that she'd expect a boy to understand.

Jessica has been writing since she was a little girl, but thankfully grew out of drawing her own pictures for her stories before ever publishing her first book. Because an artist she is not.
